One videotape is all that remains of Andreas and his sister Vanessa’s parents. Finding it almost twenty years later makes him realise that they have never spoken about their shared loss.

Raised by their German-Russian grandparents, the siblings had little space for that conversation. The film becomes an attempt to understand what Vanessa feels and to finally share what Andreas feels himself.
